CTC Home Health Care includes in addition to the non-medical in home care transporta-tion to appointments, shopping, bill payment with mailing of same and appointment setting if needed.
We also do light house keeping and food preparation in conjunction with facilitating the non-medical health care needs of the patient.
San Diego North County to include Carlsbad, Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, Vista and San Marcos are the areas presently served.
Our services range from but are not limited to:

Companionship Minor Wound Dressing
Daily Oral Hygiene Ordering Prescriptions
Dressing Prescribed Exercises
Grocery Shopping Toileting/ Transfers
Meal preparation Transporting
Medication Pick-up Service Referrals
While these are basic needs covered, our services are tailored as much as possible to the
specific needs of the client.
It is our goal to demonstrate dignity and respect for our clients at all times while using the
skills of the industry to provide excellent service. Physical assistance is the norm, however,
we do a variety of services to aid in the care and/or recovery of yourself or that of your loved one.
Our Caregivers are recruited from reputable sources, background checked, and experienced with current CPR and TB tests in place. It is our goal, as much as possible, to match caregiver
to client; one whose talents and skills are as close as possible to the need required.
We provide respite service for the families of loved ones suffering with Alzheimer and Dementia. Additionally we provide respite care for family members if your loved one is
utilizing hospice services.
Our fees are competitive. We do require a one time service fee payable by check prior to the onset of services of a month or more. Thereafter, payment for all services are on a weekly basis.
Hourly services are due and payable at the end of the specific day, (i.e. a one time service).
The fees charged for services rendered are the same regardless of the service needed or the duties performed, as services are on an hourly or daily rate regardless of the type of assign-ment. All checks are payable to
CTC Home Health Care.
Arrangements for payments will be made if insurance is covering the cost of long-term in-home care.
